Royal Mail Tracked 48 (3-5 business days) - £2.50 (Free on orders over £50)
DPD Next Business Day - £3.99 (Free on orders over £75)
All UK orders placed before 15:00 (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched same day.
DPD Next Business Day orders placed on a Friday before 15:00 will be received the following Monday. DPD orders placed after 15:00 on Friday and over the weekend will be received the following Tuesday.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
UK orders will all receive shipping confirmation & a tracking number via email upon dispatch. All DPD orders will receive an SMS message outlining a 1 hour delivery window if a phone number was provided at checkout.
All European orders are shipped via DPD, Skynet. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. Transit times vary dependent on location, between 2-5 days.
France, Spain, Netherlands, Poland:

Austria, Channel Islands, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Slovakia:

TRACK YOUR ORDER
International orders will all receive shipping confirmation & a tracking number via email upon dispatch.
Returns must be sent within 28 days of shipment receipt for any problems or concerns with merchandise. The goods should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with both the printed receipt and return form for a refund or exchange. All exchanges dependent on existing stock.
Under these circumstances we cannot refund any postage charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items *, accept any returns of underwear, accept items that aren't in their original packaging or not in a re-sellable, like new condition. (*This includes the cost of delivery for any items sent under a Free Delivery upgrade)
All customers should receive tracking details upon dispatch, and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery exceptions. Packages that fail to be delivered/collected/or received are sent back to The Hundreds.UK at the company's expense. The customer will be notified of said return by a service representative.
The Hundreds.UK will not issue refunds for any difference in price on items purchased before the start of any sale. Orders placed at retail price, will have any exchange/refund option available, while those purchasing at a sale price are considered final sale. All processed orders shipped before the start of any sale, may not be exchanged for items at their discounted price.
